It is with great pleasure that we introduce Brothers Security, Inc. to your organization. Our president Mr. Jack O’Neil is a retired police officer with over 32 years of experience in safety and security. Brothers Security was established in 1988 and has dedicated its service to excellence.
Brothers Security, Inc. is a proactive, service-oriented customer driven company with a reputation for both effective security solutions and the use of innovative technology in the protection of life and property. We specialize in Warehouse and Logistics unarmed Security Officer Personnel (i.e. Loss Prevention, Employee Entrance, Gate Access Control). Our strategy entails several steps to mitigate the possibility and opportunity for theft of property or injury to person within the facility. We think that this philosophy is well suited to our strengths and service to our clients.
Excellence is our standard, and this is achieved by developing site-oriented training programs and monitoring all our guards closely through the direct supervision by upper management, site supervisors and field supervisors. We offer the most comprehensive, cost effective service in the industry today while still being able to provide competitive wages for our Security Officers.
One of the original brothers, Jack O’Neil, is sole owner now and is still servicing the original clients from more than twenty years ago. Client loyalty speaks volumes about our Service.

Brothers Security, Inc. conducts training that meets and/or exceeds any of our competitors’ programs in the Logistics/Warehouse industry, providing on site Security Officers and patrol. The knowledge of our management team is passed on to our Security Officers. Our guards are already licensed by the state of California to maintain employment as a security officer. In addition to the state mandated certification courses, Brothers Security, Inc. personnel must attend,
Applicants who pass the initial stage of employment then proceeds to (Stage two) of the employment process.
